  Recipe for Toner

I have just found a recipe for a facial toner - It works on the same principle as Alpha Hydroxy products - the recipe said to use half a cup of apple cider vinegar and half a cup of water and add a couple of soluble aspirins to it -I actually used a quarter apple cider vinegar to a cup full of water with the soluble aspirins - adjust amounts of vinegar to your own skin types. 

With any toner you should moisturise well

Keep Taking The Tablets

I had a friend come to visit me who complained of a headache. I asked her if she would like a couple of soluble aspirins in some water, which she agreed to. I went off to get them, came back and promptly drank them myself. The funny thing was she never said a word and it was only later that it dawned on me what I had done.
